In high season we rent out on a weekly basis, with arrival and departure every Saturday.
On arrival the house is available from 3 pm, and departure until 11 am.

The order is binding on both parties, and 25% of the total rent + the deposit has to be paid when the order is confirmed. The remaining amount must be paid before arrival. You can cancel your order within 30 days before the stay, and the deposit refunded. In case of cancellation later than 30 days prior to arrival, deposit is lost. The holiday house must be dust sucked, and dishwasher to be put on before departure. The deposit will be paid back when we check the house after departure.
